Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer is here. It's still a Preview version, but it's about time anyway.

Well, IE is still a browser downloading tool anyway. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Being strictly fair, IE is, for many people, the default web browser. It is the standard that all other web browsers must beat to be considered "worth downloading."
That most other browsers manage that easily is only relevant to your choice of browser. It happens to be a useful tool, in every sense. It is the browser accessibility feature, as well as being the brown standard of web browser - if you cannot pass that bar, well, I'm sorry, but the world could stand to flush you down.
From a perspective of wide-spread product deployment, idiot-resistant features, hands-off user compliance, and things actually doing things, it's rather admirable. It could be so much worse.
Also, firefox's memory management issues are tempting me to switch to something else. Having to directly manage the memory usage of my web browser is abhorrent. Having to do so through the web browser itself is counter intuitive, and annoyingly difficult when necessary.

I installed Razer Synapse 2.0 because I wanted to experience the Razer Surround feature which is said bring "true" 7.1 Surround on any stereo headphone. All it did was mess up my computer. The Synapse software couldn't be launched. The Wireless Network's tray icon doesn't work. WMP and Network & Sharing Center's window came up blank. MSE's interface & service refused to start. Got an error when trying to play an audio file directly. Windows Explorer crashed. Am I missing something here? Disappointing... (IMG:[ chauthanh.info] http://chauthanh.info/smilies/mad.gif)

QUOTE(biscuits42 @ Jun 28 2013, 13:02) Should I install Mint or Slackware...? If you have 10 years of working experience with Linux go Slackware, you will have fun configuring it (I'm serious!). If you don't have that amount of experience then it's Mint.

wasn't there a commotion about razor mice having DRM on them or something a couple of months ago and that it's software must be connected to the internet or something?
