not that i need it but this is what i would get out of it. another awesome rapier that i would have bought if it would have scaled down better to me.

Attack Damage Multiplier + 36.59 % (+ 15.68) %
Attack Accuracy Bonus + 18.34 % (+ 16.70) %
Attack Critical Bonus + 1.93 % (+ 1.75) %
Parry Chance + 10.28 % (+ 7.23) % <-- this in particular is a deal breaker, anything less than a 10 is no good or so i have been told.

Burden + 11.01 also, burden and interference should scale down too. its unfair that the strengths of gears scale down but the detrimental stats dont.
