Yes for the first question. Probably for the second question.

apart from a complete overhaul (alot of the information is now very outdated especially since 0.5)

i would suggest looking at the links in the content section of the pages especially equipment related pages as equiment (numbers) and equipment are often linked using just an "equipment" link with no differentiation.

also a review of the ToC for the HV part would be nice.

Some of the content is outdated. I'd update it, but I really don't care. It was my baby while I was playing, but now that I'm not...

Sadly speaking, nowadays people are updating the wiki without any discussion beforehand.
Sometimes i have to find some older versions of wiki and correct it using my own knowledge, rather than believing the what so called 'updates'.
What a pity.

There are a total of 59 pages, with about 10 that could be deleted or consolidated into 1-2 pages. Breaking those into subcategories seems needless.

Agreed. It all fits on one screen (even one the size of the HV window), and hiding stuff in subcategories is only going to make it harder to find.

Its not a bad idea (in theory, posting on the forums would be better, but in reality we get the Ask the Experts thread where every new person asks the same God damned questions as the last person), so I moved the info to the discussion page in case anyone wants to salvage what is still applicable and make a new page.

Yeah, that's a good idea. I wrote that page, way back in the day, and I realized that it never really fit as a wiki article. I wanted to put that kind of data into one of the sticky posts here on the forum, but I never had the chance.

First i want to apologize for doing some large updating of the wiki without discussing it here. I wanted to help update the outdated information on the wiki.

Next i want to talk about an idea i was thinking of and ask permission to reduce the somewhat excessive number of pages especially since this is a much bigger change than what i have been doing.

-First can i remove certain pages or at least remove it from the hentaiverse category since it is no longer in use in game.
--Elemental Ratings
--Montage

-combine some of the pages into a single page and redirect the old pages to the new one
--combine the Damage Absorption & Mitigation page and Damage Avoidance page into a Damage Calculations page
--combine the damage types pages (Fire, Cold, Elec, Wind, Holy, Dark, Soul, Physical) into a single damage type page.

-Expand the HentaiVerse Settings page

if i get the ok and there are no objections, i can do this in a day or two.

I removed the HV category from the Montage page which should effectively banish it.
Elemental ratings still technically exist, they are just pure defensive stats.

I'm not sure I like the title Damage Calculations since it would imply offensive as well as defensive, but it would be possible.

should probably update the information on the elemental rating page or have it redirect to the elemental rating section of character stats with a "#REDIRECT [[Character_Stats#Elemental_Rating]]" line. The elemental rating page still say that elemental rating increases elemental damage

i can also use the info in the Character Stats section talking about damage calculation. For damage, is it really as simple as "attack rating vs shield rating" and "magic rating vs barrier rating"?

No. You have all the equipment bonuses as well. Plus we don't really know how the attack v. shield rating works.

That's because the wiki wasn't updated for 0.5.0:

- The cap for Domino Strike was increased from 70% to 80%.

No doubt there are lots of other things that are out of date.
