If non-final Rare+ mobs only have a 10% chance of dropping a trophy, do they are least have a chance of dropping a normal item? I'd at least like a potion for my troubles.

I've spent over 10,000,000C on the trainings I have. I would not be happy if someone who has a store of credits on hand could get them all at much less of a cost than I paid for them.
If that were to happen, I better get something much more wonderful than a Mysterious Box.

Probably the most you and others would get would be either a partial refund, or a complete reset of training levels (and full refund) with the training times set to 0.

Well, it looks like I'll be converting all my GP to credits which will result in a drastic imbalance in the e-hentai economy system. Unlikely, but this credit revamp will cause some panic and chaos among some users.

Everything else is good though. I think I've got a plan to get by for now, but I hope the next update helps the credit issue somehow.

Now let's all guess what the chaos tokens are for. Perhaps it's for a new battle mode for bonus credits?

It's really hard to understand or figure out why he dropped the Sell Rates THAT low.

It would seem to me that if you no longer have Credit Perks, and no longer get appreciable amounts of money selling excess gear to the Bazaar, then most players' personal economies will be undercut to the point that they won't be able to sell their Hath at decent rates, either (since most people will be effectively "broke," drastically dropping the price one can get for selling same).


I don't even know at this point if I want to go through the hassle of selling things in a WTS Thread for the time being, especially since I'll almost certainly have to re-price everything below even my usual 50% off Bazaar price just to keep it 'affordable'.....and since the new prices probably won't be worth the bother and time-waste of typing everything up.

For argument's sake, I only thought of the credit hath perks were useful for making GP -> Credit conversions and for decreasing the cost of training (which I haven't touched in a month). But I guess a part of that is because I largely gave up on caring about playing HV on a regular basis a long, LONG time ago. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

No matter how you program the game, HV will help and hinder your gameplay depending on the level you are at. I can generate a comical amount of Hath, sell it for credits and turn around and use them to train up level by level.

However, even with the ability to buy expensive equipment, etc, levels 60-70 were ball busters for me. I like mowing down my enemies so taking 20-30 clicks to take down a single enemy would have bumped my EXP faster, but I chose not to.

Now (at 120) I'm getting to the same point but I've changed my difficulty-level to Heroic because on Normal, it takes 4-6 clicks (err attacks in melee) and an enemy is dropped. If I had no life (heh) I could finish every level and use up my Ring of Blood tokens in a couple hours. While that sounds fun, its not.

My point is, before this patch, it was extremely easy to level-up (anyone remember Game Genie?) when you already existed at higher levels. At some point you began to ask yourself..."ok, so what's the point in going any further?"

To that end...Ten made it harder to get to that 'point' so it made the game more about the 'journey' rather than actually being at the mythical 'end'

I like the changes (though most don't effect me) but as with all major upgrades to HV...it will take several months for the statistics to play out - and other tweaks become necessary.

But you were able to make that 10,000,000 credits easier than anyone will be able to make the same amount now. I'm not going to be able to get even 100k credits now, never mind 10 million, unless I go claim a few top 10 bounties like last time, but that is assuming people don't start changing their bounties to lower costs now that credits are harder to come by. Now, I hope that having invested so much into HV, you get something more, like two Mysterious Boxes or something to that equivalent. But for those of us who won't make nearly that much in credits, we need a handicap, or some balance in this game, otherwise HV becomes a lot less important/fun. Even resetting abilities is going to be far more costly for the low level, low credit count members like myself now.
