QUOTE(4EverLost @ Nov 27 2010, 16:34) a Token of Healing can save me 1000's of credits each time I want to heal fast. I wouldn't call that useless.
It's very useful after MP burning for spell proficiency after non-Arena/non-Ring battles, as well as frequent healer items as a bonus.

or you could just do a low level arena on the easiest difficulty to heal all mp/hp instead of going to the healer
unless you visit the healer 5+ times a day then you shouldn't need any healing tokens

finishing off a arena/ring of blood doesn't restore your spirit points, and that's the most expensive one to restore. 10 itemworlds a day, +10 hourly events, a few bad arenas or something and you can use a lot of tokens. So why spend credits to heal if you don't need to. Even more so since its more of a pain to get them now. goes off to kill myself (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) Health 0 / 8165 - Cost 376 C Magic 64 / 1739 - Cost 386 C Spirit 0 / 1170 - Cost 2691 C so 1 token can be worth +3000 C

There's this thing called Spark of Life.

Or just use those Healing Tokens as they were intended to do. (Especially after an unlucky bout in a BT Arena) Anyway, at your level, you obviously can't see its benefits yet.

Well, he has a valid point. If it costs you 2.6k coins to heal your SP, it's way cheaper to take a bunch of lesser spirit potions into some random encounter and chug them all. Personally, I'm saving my healing tokens that I'm getting now for when healing starts getting costlier so I don't really know how beneficial the frequent healer rewards are. I don't even use the arena to heal, I just wait like a couple hours after I run out of HP (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Why would you do something as ridiculous as that when you can just use a token. They're practically worthless already, and I've got hundreds of them. Not to mention they're further devalued by how incredibly easy it is to recharge SP through second wind and gems.

ehh I thought someone was saying it was getting hard to get them. I assume you won't ever run out but for anyone that does, it shouldn't be too difficult to recover the SP straight from items instead of paying, so tokens aren't really worth 3k of healing each

Nobody runs out of healing tokens. I have 400+ right now. By the time you reach lvl 100, you should have like 100-150 in stock.

I only have 200 (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) but then I eat them like candy. If its going to cost more then 100 credits to heal I'll use a token, even if I have +1mill credits.

You run out of tokens very fast if you want to keep certain proficiencies nearly capped.

Untrue. I have all capped and have approximately 400 and I use them regularly.

Yeah but in your case you're only raising 1 point each time you level up now. Plus depends on how much tokens you get (per example doing arenas every day) If you try to raise curative/supportive/deprecating proficiency from 50 levels below until cap per example, you'll waste them all and don't cap, at least that was happened with me, and I wasted more than 600 tokens just for it.

I didn't always have my proficiencies capped, I had to raise them all over 100 levels except heavy and melee weapons. And I still never ran out of tokens, whether or not I did every arena or if there were token bonuses or not.

QUOTE(Tenboro @ Oct 28 2010, 08:47) - Fixed a bug where some types of equipment (Gossamer armor and Tower Shields) could not get all of its intended bonus suffixes.
I just noticed in the equipment statistic board, we can have soul damage (spell damage bonus), but there isn't equipment giving that bonus. It was forgotten/given up?

Not planning to add that. Soul magic doesn't have the balancing headroom for being boosted through equipment.

So, I've found that equipment only sells for a tenth of the amount it is worth, yet potions and other items like that sell for a fifth of the bazaar price.
Was this intentional?
