I'm not sure what you heard, but this sounds (relatively) ominous:

There will indeed be a number of balancing changes in the next patch, but they will only affect equipment generated after the patch. As it looks now, there will be 34 changes to 12 different gear classes.

Don't forget that balance can also mean every stat becoming 0 ... then nobody could honestly say that one piece of equip is unbalanced compared to others (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Yeah right, dream on. That would make them farmable again. Also, I finished a Battletoads Trio run a few hours ago, and Skuld, Urd, and Verdandi dropped absolutely nothing. Not even a worthless item.

It's possible to get Exquisites outside of that though. I've gotten 3 outside of Battletoads Trio. 1 from a Legendary Trophy. 1 from a Noodly Appendage. 1 as a drop in an IW on Heroic difficulty. So it's certainly possible. Though running the Trio on Battletoads wasn't abusable for credits so we can still hope that may be brought back the way it was. *wink wink* *hint hint*

Luck have a bigger roll, than LoD (ironical isn't) I got 2 in IW drops with 12 LoD, Boggyb with 17 LoD, only got 1 drop recently.

I have a feeling that on a scale we were told, with trophies giving you +x thousands, LoD gives you... +its level (so, +1 to +25).

Do we know anything about the modifies from difficulty, equipment quality, arena number and round number, on that scale?

I doubt it. LoD definitely makes more of a difference than 1/1000 of a trophy quality bonus.

after few days of playing.
I think it may be LOOKS LIKE harder to gain the credits.
but IN FACT, it's more easier now.
I can earn 300c everyday in arena without any risks.
