Nagle algorithm bundled your outgoing packet together then send them, improve throughput efficiency at the cost of response time. Disable it increased your number of outgoing packet almost 2x but the overall increased net responsiveness is quite noticeable. Even access to the router feel faster. But YMMV ...

I've noticed lately that Stun duration has sometimes been lasting for 5 turns, when my Mace has a Stun duration of 4. I'm assuming this is due to weapon proficiency, so does anyone know what the cap in duration is?

The stun proc caps at 4 turns.
However, you can add 1 to the total duration of stun proc, because it's still running when the countdown reaches 0.

No, I've been looking at the stun duration image during Grindfests. Most of the time, it starts flashing after 2 turns, then disappears 2 turns later. Lately, I've noticed it can take 3 turns before it starts flashing, then disappears after 2 more turns. I started paying attention to it in the first place because I thought I was imagining it.

What you're talking about should be the number of actions you can take before the stun proc expires, which is different from the number of turns.
When you get more AGI, there's a point where you can perform multiple actions before the monsters get a turn to act. That's why you can see the difference.
The number shown in the battle log corresponds to your actions only; it has no relationship to the number of turns.
