I'm still a way's off from worrying about them, but how should I deal with the Trio and the Tree? I'm thinking it would be best to take out Yggdrasil first, but after that I have no idea who to target.

If you are a mage you want to kill the Tree first. Then Soul nuke them (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

At the top of my head, it's missing Spike, Vinyl Scratch, Dr. Whooves, Berry Punch, Carrot Top, Colgate, Bon-Bon, Owlowiscious, Caramel, Soarin', Opalescence, Philomena, Winona, Granny Smith, Mayor Mare, the named fillies from Apple Bloom's class, most of AJ's family, the Spa twins, everything that isn't a pony except for Angel and Gummy, all named one-off ponies that haven't been elevated into fandom idols, and so on. Most of them probably won't be added at all, but I might still do the more popular ones.

I used to do Yggdrasil > Skuld > Verdandi > Urd before getting Soul Burst.

Spike - A lifesize figurine of Spike, Twilight Sparkle's Number One Assistant. Comes with quill, scrolls, and "I <3 Rarity" t-shirt.
Vinyl Scratch - A 1/10th scale figurine of Vinyl Scratch, aka DJ Pon3. Octavia's musical rival and love interest. Bobblehead.
Doctor Whooves - A 1/10th scale figurine of Doctor Whooves. Not a real doctor. Hates pears and thinks apples are rubbish.
Berry Punch - A 1/10th scale figurine of Berry Punch. Overly protective parent pony and Ponyville's resident lush.
Owlowiscious - A lifesize figurine of Owlowiscious. An accomplished vaudeville comedian and Twilight Sparkle's after hours assistant.
Soarin' - A 1/10th scale figurine of Soarin', team leader of the Wonderbolts. Big apple pie sold separately.

Does Crystarium affect crystals received from the Shrine? (I doubt that really.. it would be way too gamebreaking... 500 crystals = 25k or 12.5k, artifact price = 12.5k)

Well there are other rewards than crystals. Still, seems too good to be true.
