Max LotD, IWBTH, >100 rounds; still produces the same garbage I've always gotten since before the update. Superior daggers and bucklers and such.

I still need about 46 million to max everything everything, and I believe I promised I would spend my credits on crystals at that point, which should work out nicely for me since crystal availability is continually going up and prices are falling.

You have to remember that there're hundreds of those lower level ppl, so their combined chance of getting legendaries should still be greater than your chance.
The question that perplex me is why you still don't get magnificents.
