Well, my self-proclaimed title isn't just there for decoration. Don't forget I didn't start playing until November when I discovered HV and I went on hiatus for a couple of months as well when I had exams. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
I'll most likely have to slow down once summer ends and university starts again. Although I appear to be some kind of hardcore maniac, I do have my priorities. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) And to be fair, I'm not leveling fast, you're just slowing down.

I realized that my goals changed once I saw no more future in trying to get the best possible gear or beat the next highest challenge. I was also never into the Monster Lab ever since the get-go, it was only recently that I decided to fool around a bit in the Lab. Equipment becomes utter shit in one to two patches max, maybe three. Besides equipment my other goal was to beat everything on the highest possible difficulty. Done. And what's there to show for it? You'd probably know since you're the only other person that can relate to this. With all of these shot down the only thing left to do is to level. I don't even care much for trainings anymore, not even credits. I just blow them all on crystals nowadays despite not having much interest in the ML. So all I do now is level and translate some stuff when I have free time, albeit having very little of it.

I'd still like to see what would happen if Tens suddenly became insane from the crystal scent and decided to play nonstop. With the current XP bonuses from custom monsters and his crazy modifiers, he'd probably gain 50 levels in a week. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

(Yes, this should be enough to scare him and keep him away from crystal shopping for a while.)

I have known tenboro long enough that I feel comfortable predicting what this "Crystalfest" mode will be. It will basically be a combination of IW and Grindfest, with all ITEM drops replaced by crystal drops (equipment and artifacts will still drop.) Most likely it will have no credit drops, standard or reduced EXP, the same Stamina consumption as IW (0.05/0.01,) and will have infinite rounds that still increase enemy damage in the same scheme as grindfest.

Uncanny.

The visible part (awards and auras) suggests 3000-4000%. I'm sure it's slightly higher. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

If you really wanted to (and got ridiculously lucky), I believe you could get up to 25625%.

I think it's the only thing that would provide incentive to play higher difficulties, especially since people will just stick with grindfest and IW for credits and EXP respectively, unless you made their gain rate higher in this new mode for some reason, which I'm sure you wouldn't.
