I've spent over a mill credits buying shit from the bazaar the past few days. I really need to stop looking in there, I get all goofy when I see shiny things :o\

blood tokens should drop less then artifacts but the # of artifacts you get depends on what level training you have and how many monsters you kill.

side note, I use to get at least 3 blood tokens every day just by doing the arenas upto T&T. It was like that for so long, but now I seem to get fewer of them clearing those arenas.

Don't give up, rawrboy. Token drops get more likely as you get access to more arenas. Also remember to do all of them if you can, while you still can.

The patch notes might explain this if you did the recording between 0.5.1 and 0.5.3.

The droprate for Healing/Blood/Chaos tokens was changed from 70/20/10 to 60/30/10.

Tokens now drop at a rate of 50/25/25.

I get less than 4 a day by doing the same arenas, but not that much less. Probably ~3 or so, since my token stock slowly goes down. (I'm using 4 tokens a day at the moment.)

I'm not going to camp the Bazaar again anytime soon. Did that a few days ago and ended up wasting two hours in an attempt to rack up stat crystals.

At least not until Tenboro adds a shoutbox or moogle bellydancers dancing to random music in the background.

What did you manage to get in 2hrs? I often check bazaar after my runs or while browsing forums and I'm confident that besides Fortitude you can easily get 1k+ of any stat crystal off bazaar. I just don't have credits to buy them, so I only buy Fortitude for Ichy.

700 Vigor, 500 Fortitude and 200 Corruption. Stopped once my weakling elemental hit the 250 mark, since I'm that cheap.

I wouldn't trust those numbers blindly since higher arenas might give a higher base token drop chance, but a 10-20% chance would be reasonably accurate.

I only ever play arenas these days, I have a 33.5% chance of a arena bonus being a token. I did recently erase my stats though

Token Bonus: 171 (33.53% chance)
[Token of Blood]: 44 (25.73%)
[Token of Healing]: 88 (51.46%)
[Chaos Token]: 39 (22.81%)

Now in few min I will Reach level 190.

Is Spirit shield is useful when you play on higher difficulty

Spirit Shield is awesome. A downside to it is once you get used to it, you tend to be less careful and occasionally get one-hit killed if you don't have it in an IA slot.

Don't expect it to make you able to IWBTH all arenas with ease, though. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

You know sometimes it's dangerous, but it makes you feel so good that you won't give up.

are you getting hit that many times only when playing BT or all the time? and what is your action speed without haste? Maybe you have a low Shield/Barrier rating.

I don't really pay attention to the battle log so I'm probably getting double-hitted a lot more often that I think. I only notice the double hits that actually matter, i.e., when I die. Those are pretty rare though. Action speed was 241 and shield/barrier rating wouldn't make a difference when they hit so hard, it would only make Spirit Shield drain less but still hit me for the full amount of 25% HP.

This is a very vague question but is it normal for normal monster to hit much harder once you reach level 50?

if "normal monster" includes custom mobs, higher level you go, the harder they shoud hit - naturally. especially since you'll encounter higher Power Level monsters as you level

I also did very well and didn't blow a ton of credits on crystals today. I went in the shop and bought some Greater Mana Potions because I needed them but I didn't even look at crystals or anything. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
