There, I finished them too. As a mage. I wouldn't recommend that to anyone else now that channeling has been changed unless you have a legendary staff lying around. What a mistake.

I'm apparently the only one to have beaten any of the legendary arenas as a mage on BT or IWBTH, before or after 0.6.0. No need to try to conceal how long the last round is either, like someone else. They're obscenely strong.

I played it over 3 days, but the actual time spent playing was about 10-12 hours, which is still way too long. The damage nerfs and change to channeling really screwed over mage effectiveness for stuff harder than one-shotting. I probably shouldn't have done it so close to finishing Eternal Darkness either. I started becoming pretty disinterested once I started getting consecutive multi-legendary rounds with Konata. It was like playing two rounds in one every time since her only weakness is completely different from the other three now.

How do you even DO anything above heroic? It's hard enough in H... 10.8 absorb 10.2% mit = mobs higher than 4 will instakill due to not having enough time to proc deprecating. I have such terrible proficiencies; Supportive and Divine are half my level; Deprecating is less than a third (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif). Only elemental, curative and cloth are ok. I have no way of surviving bad luck without burning through all of my scrolls..

Unresistable doesn't mean that it will deal tons of damage to your monster (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
If your monster has high shield rating, nothing can be done except with penetrating armor or bleeding.

Level. That's the difference.

So I'm guessing defense rating affects the damage taken from Void damage.
Should it then even be called VOID damage, but call it "Physical" instead.

Before I got to testing, I figured void damage would do the same damage to everything, it being "unresistable".
But seems it's not UnDefendable.

Spirit Shield makes life a bit easier (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Problem is now you can randomly miss. if it was a fast monster it will hit hard and drain a lot of your spirit bar. Not fun deep within long Item Worlds. I can only imagine the butt rape that is Hitos Lagendary Item World on BT now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
