I get why he put all that crap in there. But a key aspect of captchas is that they should minimally interfere with legitimate usage. I haven't played this for 10 years and I have zero relationship with the MLP franchise, so I am using no memory and going purely off of visual information. When there was one pony it was fairly easy and the time limit was generous. With three, there's just no way to do it in time without prior training. This is where Tenboro lost the plot and made it an actual memorization challenge for humans. I seem to be too mentally impaired to clear this challenge.

For amusement purposes, I present the following picture containing three ponies: [i.imgur.com] https://i.imgur.com/KgTPkbH.png. Apparently it escalates. This is the second one I got today and I think I got both right, but I'm still red. So I guess whatever is going on is probably permanent.

One more case in point regarding the captcha: [i.imgur.com] https://i.imgur.com/CxJJJzK.png. 25 seconds, ok know that one, ok know that one, and then... what the heck is thaaaaaaat? After leaning in and staring at it for 15 seconds, with no time left, my best guess was that it was a troll/alter image. I very faintly recall these being present in the old captcha system, but here the image is upside down, desaturated and alpha blended to hell with multiple overlaps, so even with 4x zoom I have trouble telling what exactly I'm looking at.

After solving 4 captchas (I believe) correctly, Tenboro said my accuracy then was 65% (pretty bad), meaning I must have been at like 30% when I first posted. I've solved several more and I'm still red. At this pace it'll take me a week+ to recover from this situation, and that's being optimistic.

Well I guess everyone's eyes are different. This puzzle in the link is one of the easiest for me, probably time spent submitting answer clicking bottons takes more than identifying all three.

So after reaching level 300 I've decided to quickly run the new arena unlock on normal for the first clear... At first it was suspicious when I was getting multi-crystal drops as if it was PFUDOR, and schoolgirls were quite tanky. But then I looked up the wiki and it is indeed a PFUDOR-only arena. Good thing I was already running PFUDOR dailies and ran some early arenas for test, so I was already prepared with fat stacks of recovery potions. Took it over 2 hours and it's really telling the dragons themselves were a complete pushover, the previous 10 or so 3 girl rounds were harder. Didn't help that I associate "Konata" with this doujin (I don't know why because she isn't even there, but I guess Konata = Lucky Star, and this is a Lucky Star doujin) so I had to have a goon sesh in the middle of the run.

Do you struggle with pattern recognition? There are 3 ponies with horns, only 2 ponies out of the set have horns. It's basically 50% (actually higher but I am too lazy to math) if ticking all 2 of them. You'll also notice at least one of the horses has a slightly different hair ornament, so not a chance at least 2 horses with horns are not distinct.

The algo basically goes like this:

1. If there are no cowboy hats, there is no Applejack.
2. If there are no horns, there is no Twilight Sparkle nor Rarity.
3. If there are no curls, there is no Pinkie Pie
4. If the last horses are distinct then it's Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, otherwise look at hairstyle or the thigh mark. Although I remember getting some insane puzzle which was just heads and tails.

The chart itself is kind of bait though, unless you are colourblind. Because it's cartoon characters, they all have distinct colours and this is the most obvious visual distinction, which is lost on the actual puzzle. I assume it was full-colour at some point in the past, but it's relatively easy for bots to guess the ponies by just colour ratios, so it was made colourless.

Were Shrine drop rates buffed somewhere between, say, 2015 to 2025?

Anyone want or have idea of a "Pet system" for HV? I know we got monsters lab but what about a pet fight along side with player in battle, provide buffs or effects for player? Monster may drop pet eggs then player incubate them for pets, random stats, elements, abilities,... (maybe tradable?). Dragon, fairy, demon, succubus, ponies or even "noni" cat girl etc...:>

HV development is too slow for new complex mechanics and pet systems make more sense in more graphic games where you can actually see them.

Better equipment is always the answer. Auto-Cast "Auras" slotted as well (Spirit Shield and Spark are significant). Consumables. But mostly the gear. A set of Legendary/Magnificent pieces carries you through PFUDOR quite comfortably at your level. Not even particularly well rolled or even forged. Just somewhat correct Suffixes of your armour and a "good" combination of affixes on your Weapons/Shield.

Silence and Weaken should be more than enough to take care of the pesky "bosses" alongside the upgrades. Imperil is a must. Unless Rapier One-Handed plus shield. But even then.

Definitely a good idea before you get stronger. They eventually become obsolete outside of Item World though. Good gear is the key to everything (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif).
