I'm so bored of this hv, I've been playing it for a long time and want to quit, but...

I get frustrated when a mob parry my attacks x3 x4 times with 20% counter parry so i can't imagine what's like without overpower lv5. For me, overpower is top priority playing DW.

For me, it is the Imperil resists : ). And there is nothing I can do about those. I might try to get Overpower at some point for sure even if I miss this time.

For imperil i use aether shard because is magical.

Legendary Agile Kite Shield of Stoneskin

I don't usually use this kind of name. And I don't have much experience with objects of this type, so I'm wondering if there are better words to use that have letters or sound more similar to the original equipment name? Maybe something that can move fast since it is Agile, but heavy and hard since it's Stone with lots of Burden.

My other isekai gear. I still use multiple exquisite 1H wakizashis and poopy body armor, though. Shrined all my stuff, twice. Didn't manage to get any decent rapier this season. Also dropped a Legendary He-Man Shortsword for the 3rd time, that I'm not using because it's worse than 7 of my exquisite and magnificent wakizashis.

Not bad, almost a thousand. Probably will get to that number by the end of the season but impressive indeed.

Since you started late you won't get early bird but you can instead use everybody else's hand-me-downs, so it might be a good strategy. Especially to start soon after everyone else quits at Tower 50. Maybe you should post your isekai level here and what style you want to use, and see if anyone will give you stuff for free! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

This level 84 Magnificent Wakizashi of the Nimble is the lowest level isekai equipment I have, do you want it? I dropped a ton of good wakizashis all isekai season, but zero rapiers of any kind despite heavy grinding, until almost Tower Floor 50. I ended up doing most of the season with 1H wakizashis.

My inventory all season long had like 20 wakizashis in it, and between 0 to 2 super terrible Average rapiers.

If you get particularly unlucky you can always buy from market/auction but tbf you can scroll spam last towers with quite suboptimal build.

Yeah the lack of Early Bird is definitely noticeable, bazaar is mostly useless for now, as is the auction, and I fear many of the hand-me-downs might not even exist because people may salvage everything to produce materials early in the season. Playing 2H so I know about the pain of getting a weapon in the season because of that (supposedly I tried to buy one, however no MM yet). Everything else should be cheaper though so maybe it is indeed a good strat to start late? Who knows.

Thankfully the ancient wisdom passed down by the catgirls and hath barons of bruteforcing progress via money might work, or in this case the use of trophies to force at least exquisites should probably work for upgrades. Already have some trophies in my bag but just waiting more levels to make them last longer. Uhhh Noodle tier guarantees Exquisites right?

Don't know how far I'll go but gonna try with small goals for now and try to get to tower 20 next.

So thanks to help via MM the equips went from trash to quite the respectable selection. Getting an Exquisite Ethereal weapon is nothing to be scoffed at, and not only that but later the weapon I expected via MM came and the power increase was insane. Barely at level 228 so can't equip all assist gears yet but it's kinda shaping up to be a good enough assortment of equips almost as good as if I had played the Early Bird.

Got to tower 20 so next goal is naturally 30, but honestly if I manage to get to level 300 and equip everything I wanted it will feel wasteful not to go for at least 40 💪
