Basically it's what most people care about.
That's why people are so anxious on calculating new maximum after the patch.
Nobody will work on something that has no practical use.

I don't care how you interpret it but like I said, it's junk. The only dragon-hide of elemental mitigation that is actually worth anything is max (or close) thrice-blessed and spirit-ward. (Useful against IPU and FSM).
What would you need wind-waker, thunder-child, frost-born, fire-eater or god forbid shielding-aura for? I was actually going by usefulness. And these aren't.
As for max stat. Yes it should be close to max stat on thrice-blessed or spirit-ward. There's tons of cotton stuff around with close to max stats so why settle for a half-assed dh?

yes i am literally trying hard to get 1 or 2 ticket more in the uploading toplist in the last months but just finished top10 and 12 then i give up,its too time consuming for for find new doujins and upload early,( i can write my storys here how i lost many doujins because its already uploaded couple minutes back couple montsh back, iam glad i stop this myslef to going nuts,literally i spend 9-12h loking all day to share screen for new doujin then blows,awful times),its why now make me mad how they sell it to bazaar for just 200-600cr
