This should be directed to ask the experts thread but to answer your question it is a spell that when cast lasts a certain amount of turns. It protects you when you are hit by a very powerful attack and instead of you taking all the damage it only allows a certain amount of health to be damaged and the rest is is taken at a spirit cost but not at the same rate.

Hey, what happened to my rich idol? Skirt With Legs is selling most their melee peerless gear they have been accumulating over the years, including things they paid a premium for just recently...

Trying to go mage? (Haven't they already had full forged mage since long ago? I don't peep on them as often as I should)

Maybe it's reaction to the upcoming equipment changes, but such response might be an overreaction at this early stage. If this were the case, they should still be keeping at least one of those equipment I think.

Did they get hacked? (Don't think so, because they aren't selling everything yet. Maybe next week... Wait the stuff they aren't selling is stuck to their body that's why, and they are reforged now. Aaaah!)

Petal_Kiss has been one of the most well-geared dark mages in the game for a pretty long time now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I've heard he's going AFK for a while, and maybe he's speculating on the core upgrading system making those peerless sets much easier to achieve when he comes back, and that it would be either profitable to get the credits for those items before they fall in value - or maybe he just wants the credits to put into his mage sets instead.

In any case he'd probably be right, if he's gonna be gone for a year or more. The market's probably going to be a little chaotic for a while, but next year, it's very likely to stabilize a little and bring the lows and highs a bit closer between items.

I was too busy with Ass Spanker contest to bid early, so I was going to snipe this week's Peerless Arctic Rapier of Slaughter, but I didn't wake up. It is also because this person who won has such lovely avatar, it is a sexy santa Kuroyukihime. I didn't want to snatch away her sword. Sometimes your avatar picture is worth millions of credits! (and not just in avatar beauty pageant contests)

I think she is a cute Japanese girl because she wrote her name in Japanese. Ossan, I can't believe it! She is also level 500, seems to possibly actively play 1H, and can use that without soulfuse. So she is a much better owner than me, who is just wasting the Peerless Demonic Rapier of Slaughter that I bought (any level 500 player that I trust can ask me to borrow it...which originally would have been forever but now maybe only until the equipment update arrives).

It seems I was mistaken, that previous vtuber was not an amateur. Although maybe of slightly lower quality than hololive, or something. I am not sure. Anyway, I tried to look at other video uploads from the prior user, and there are tons of vtuber songs.

I guess I must be stupid or something, because I tried to listen to a few. And the 2nd and 3rd songs I listened to weren't bad at all (I'm not knowledgeable about music or anything, so I probably don't notice various bad things). But then the 4th video I checked....

Maybe I will go watch more later. I guess I must be masochistic. Well I guess this is not so bad, it's like going karaoke with your friend. (I have never gone to karaoke place before, though). I think they sing too loud is one problem. They should sing at normal volume relative to the music.

(I appreciate music, but I don't really like singing, thus I don't care about who is a good or bad singer, to some extent. That's why I don't play music games and usually avoid idol anime. I probably have a high tolerance for bad singing. Originally, I think a lot of anime VAs used to be amateurs at singing too. The girl's voice sample matters to me more than singing technique. So maybe I should try listening to vocaloid, but I also do not like amateur composers. Unlike singing, I am picky about that. On the other hand I don't know anything about music theory, so a composer only needs to satisfy my amateur opinion of enjoyable music).
