according to the Experience from Isekai, new Players can still play 1H Heavy at PFUDOR with self dropped Equipments, it's possible. Things in persistent compared to Isekai can be easier with the Help of free Draughts, Random Encounter, new Player Boost and so on.

Yes, Persistent at low level is easier than Isekai for the reasons you mentioned. The biggest reason is the supply of better quality equipment; note that even without the FreeShop there is low level equipment in the 200~400 level range available for purchase and Soul Fragments are readily available unlike Isekai.

The way Isekai plays for me is identical to how I learned to play and remembered it. I have no new general ideas after playing Isekai compared to what I have always said. I happened to have the perfect, good fortune timing that HV 0.85 came out exactly when I was in the level 150 to 180 range. So I was one of the few players who experienced firsthand the drastic lowered difficulty for a low level player.

Also for me, I had all Legendary gear by the time I was in the level 200 to 250 range, so I really know how much easier Persistent is than Isekai. My current level 300 Isekai character can finish everything on PFUDOR but uses up more draughts than it drops. My Persistent character has barely used any draughts at all even from a low level.

Greetings my dear fellow perverts. It has been a few years i guess. Hope you are all doing well.
Me? Still kicking. Probably not as hard anymore... comes with the age, but i have no complains.
I have been quite busy. It was after all the main reason as of why i dropped the HV in the first place, couple of years ago. Man it sucks not having a lot of time free for yourself, and when i thought the covid situation would fix that, it made things worse for me, but hey... What can you do? If you have to play life with the cards that you are dealt with anyway, you might as well make the best of it and ensure to laugh it out at the end.
I was keeping the HV account warm, buying lottery tickets often, getting my "miniskirt army girls" gifts and if i remembered it even did a RE every now and then, but other than that i didn't check much of what was happening here.
But hey, i remembered to participate in the new year lottery, (and then completely forgot there was an ester event also (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )

Anyway. I noticed that Isekai thingy and finally decided to read a bit of what it was about. Pretty neat idea i have to say!
Rich hunting grounds that strongly support a collaboration theme.
There are no nonsense like the top1, or top2 or such advantages, but a more generic top20, hence a group of people can get together and support aspects of one the other to ensure that they all advance together, using different approaches according to their real life available time, and secure gains for everyone, like for example they all give the low tier trophies to one person to guaranty a snowflake peerless, another puts up his persistent account needs, so all high tier trophies go to that type of drops, another needs/wants/gets the credits and so on so forth and they all share the needed drops for their style, to make sure that they can all keep getting higher in the tower. The full reset allows for a quick and easy gain of credits with little effort, since even if you stay on easy mode and simply clear all arenas/rings, you get over the 1 million and everything else afterwards quickly adds to credits for your persistent account. You don't need to overpurchase things cause at some point they might be needed. Everything will be cleared at the end, so just focus on your goal.
The drop rates are also pretty neat. In a couple of days that i tried this i already got 3 legendaries (two from shrine and one from monster drops), and even if they are nothing great, it's still 3 times more than what i got in my persistent at those levels, so with a little luck, people can actually find some pretty cool things to bring back to their persistent account, especially new players.

Now, as of gameplay. It took me a few days to get to level 300 and i gave a try to the tower.
Got to floor 33. Can probably do a couple more floors before i reach my limit with my current trash tier equipment, but i'll probably not even try. From floor 32 to floor 33 it got me from around the 160 position to 124, so next floor could be close or straight to the 100 and i don't want that. I mean, seriously? An inactive player comes by, steals the loot and advantages of an active player and goes back to inactive? That would be rude. Sure it's a dog eat dog situation, but there are still standards. And more importantly, last floor took me like half an hour to clear. Com' on. I don't have all that free time in my hands.
Anyway, we'll see. I might change idea further down the line. Who knows. It's not like i have a problem to act like an a-hole or anything.

Till the end of the event there is still plenty of time so even if someone just starts now they still have a chance to get to the top 100. I mean, it has been like two weeks tops that i started dealing with this and i haven't been even that committed to it (it probably took me more time to actually find again how to install the monsterbation script if anything). Sure, i'm a seasoned player so i know how to speed things up a bit, but it's not like i'm using any secret formulas that everyone already doesn't know.

So when all is said and done... Pretty cool. There are advantages for getting in classification as there are for simply participating. You can commit or not. You can just play to assist your friends or for yourself. You can just tap in it as a lottery or actually aim to get something out of it. The top ranks gains are actually pretty solid, but they are nothing gamebreaking or anything for one to cry over not getting them. Gains everywhere.

Given my time constraints, this is the approach I've taken. I don't think it's that unfair, rather it's almost a balancing mechanic. If someone doesn't play as much and is lower level, that makes them much weaker for completing the Tower (especially because Tower monsters have a fixed level at each floor, they don't scale to match your player level like all other missions). The only way they can make some of that back is by having better equipment for their level.
