Rechecked. Option to delete the message is available if you are tracking it; probably available to everyone. Never noticed it before because it never came up before unlike recalling MM.

Yeah, when the HP goes low it triggers me (and the spark too). Why? Because if it does it happens in spikes of damage so it bothers me that everything went badly that turn by being parried/crit'd/failed to evade or parry, etc. It also happens so fast that it feels like a flashbang went off and when I notice the spirit bar is gone, there's a blinking cloak icon and some monsters still standing there being a pest.
