In persistent it would sell between 1-4m, I think, so you could expect for 250k-1m in isekai.

Edit: I forgot the forge, so ignore this.

After thinking for a while, I think it could go for 2m+ in ISK, but I don't think it can reach 10-20m, even on persistent. I'd soulfuse it.

Or maybe I'm completely wrong, I'm just starting to grasp prices in isekai.

Nah, they're just somewhat rare. It's based on the artifact roll with max archaeologist training, but I believe currently it has been doubled twice (so 4x fully-trained artifact drop rate), then split 50/30/15/5 between low-, mid-, high-grade materials, and rare-type materials like phazons and actuators. (The split between the types at each tier is equal.)

Same here, got a whopping total of 6 Amnesia Shards, 3 Actuators, 4 Phazons, 1 Modulator and 1 Shade Fragment in 297 levels (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
