I have some questions about scripts.

Monsterbation

(1) If I update the version, do I have to redo all the settings I have customized?
(2) I noticed that some monsters, whose trainers are users with names in oriental ideograms, appear only as "????". After I scan, the correct name appears. But when the same monster appears, the trainer's name is again "????". Doesn't the monster database support these characters?

Live Percentile Ranges

(1) When I open a equipment link, am I automatically feeding the database? I'm asking this to find out if, in the event that any value appears outside the range, if that range is updated.
(2) I realized that some Peerless have values other than 100%, even though I know (and see) that the values are the same as those presented on the wiki. Why does it happen?

I can only really answer these two, but re updating monserbation, the settings remained for me, but just in case you can go to monsterbation settings, click on dump, copy the entire lot, and when you install the new one, you can click on dump again and paste it back in.

Basically, you can still submit equips, but there is no API that supplies the min-max to live percental ranges. Decon is planning to start a crowdfunding to get one made 'soon'. I thought that LPR then also supplies all equip that you click a link of.

Monsterbation: Please keep your monsterbation updated, even if it can be a hell to migrate the settings. I think in the latest update, you can just keep the settings that were stored locally through the settings windows. But if you have settings in the code, those will be lost.

Peerless ranges aren't all correct on the wiki. We need that API to get this all fixed. Maybe you could ask decon to start that crowd funding?

Waht you can do for safety: go into settings page, press [dump], then copy everything from the dump to notepad, then replace Monsterbation, then in new monsterbation press [dump], select + delete all and replace with the old dump. Press [save]. That should get you your setting back.

According to skillchip, this is a minor fluctuation caused by certain prefixes or suffixes affecting the quality bonus. I'm not sure how the database stores or compares equip types but it may be using filler max values for certain names based on the max known for the type.

Both super and I have got other shit to do than fiddling with values that are 0.03% stronger due to a different prefix/suffix.
Only Arcanist is worth that kind of treatment. The end.

if you didn't modify the code, simply pasting the new version over the old one will be enough

when updating the script, this is not necessary, but i find it advisable to keep a dump of your good settings in a text file somewhere in case something gets screwed up. another use for the dump function is if you want to use the same settings across multiple browsers

Any explanation about this, I thought that nobody liked that type of suffix, and it is also a 2-handed weapon, if I remember correctly, or maybe I'm wrong; one only absorbs the energy of the enemy you are attacking with that kind of weapon, that is, it does not matter the domino effect because you do not absorb HP of the other enemies you are attacking.
