you can just buy them. Or grind more. It's totally random, except that PFUDOR gives you the highest drop rate for them.

Even though I tried to force chance by playing some arenas, I haven't found any monster carrying a special trophy yet.
I guess they are like toilet paper in some countries, if you're not in a war mindset to get them, you will always come back empty handed when trying to find them. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

The arena ones are the real hard things to get since they have an actual limit on them. You can farm grindfest and IW as many times as you want, not arenas.

About a year ago there were two Peerless Shocking Willow Staff of Destruction in 3 days. And that is why I now always have two Lottery Tickets :nod:

But... if we had to compare your staff to an ocean's being, that'd be a plankton.

2.5 years ago i didn't know much and asked for advice on the price of the item in Price Check. santa aka End Of All Hope said about that item something like "unsellable trash", but i decided to get a little more than bazaar prcie and sold it for 10k to some guy. and some time later i saw that he resold it for 500k.

I think it would be worth updating the wiki that the listed Shield Bash multiplier of 1 is wrong. I didn't test exactly but as far as I can tell Shield Bash does the same damage as normal Vital Strike, so it should have a multiplier of 2.5 as well. I did take into account that Shield Bash does crushing damage, though it's not a huge difference when considering that random damage variance in this game is high (about 1~1.5 range for everything).

Base Skill Damage = Physical_Attack_Base_Damage * Skill_Multiplier * Overcharge %?* 0.02

I haven't strictly analyzed and double-checked this formula, but if considering this formula then the multiplier for Shield Bash should formally be 5, because it costs really cheap Overcharge.

mega-wifeacc discovered this a little while ago but we couldn't find a consistent modifier for it. By the way, the random range is ~0.8-1.2 (this is noted in the wiki for spell damage, but apparently not physical damage).
