I am going to experiment with the Decondelite-Defensive-Setup for maging - high endurance, low INT & WIS

yes, well spotted! I did correct that before starting the PFFEST, so those turn numbers are still valid

The difference was small in terms of turns and real time.

fisrt one felt a bit safer. More testing would be needed, but sadly, I didn't think this through...
- I used to play with 520 dex, but I upped that to 580 on my regular build
- then I changed my 1h heavy persona into a dark persona, to use low INT WIS, and 595 END

That difference isn't that big... the comparison would have been great if I had still END 520 but that takes ages to reduce.

So, I screwed up on real testing. But yes, both versions help survivability

Unless you're beating things with your staff, strength makes absolutely no difference to actual play. It's just a way to use up leftover exp, not enough to buy a single point in any of the good attributes.

Just remember to do a lot of runs before making your conclusion. There is a lot more variance than I expected and it took at least 20 fests before I could conclusively say I was getting lower average clear times with a high endurance setup.
