I never watched it, or the only times I accidentally watched it was already in the middle of an episode, so I don't know what the opening song sounds like. Supposedly there is also an old version of the same show. Too old for me. Hmm, I think I might remember the opening song of the old show though. Oh yeah, I just checked youtube and its the same song. It does sound like what you describe.

Japanese factor by groups of 4 digits instead of 3, when they spell numbers in words.
So 11m are 1100.0000, 110k are 110.000
