Without boost mode, they're cached. But accessing the site is hard that way.

some people really overestimates price, moreover lower level goods.

Imo overestimate the price isnt the only problem, even when an item could go for more as some of those min bids, that mostly will happen after a bidwar, but without such a bidwar prices wont reach such highs. And 30M is imo allready a post bidwar price.

That's not really an absurd price compared to the prices which some shops hang in for.
If he wants quick cash, most likely he has to accept lower price in compromise. If not, he should've just hung in his shop, or other big shop, to wait for players who's willing to pay 30m for it. There's very little chance he can sell it immediately with such a high price.
But yeah, I wouldn't waste 30m on it.

If I recall, this happens a lot when your HP ends in a certain digit, because of the way the game rounds the 20% max hp damage when Spirit Shield triggers.. or something like that.
