Exactly, that is what I would like to explain, from now on, the things that are used as currency in hentai verse are of no use to the site of e-hentai galleries, and vice versa; From now on the GP WILL NOT VALUE ANYTHING for the Hentai Verse, from now on it seems that the 2 things have separated from here on out.

If GP goes over 1000 per kGP then users will stop using it for galleries and will use credits instead. If that happens then users will stop spending their available credits for the HV and instead hoard those credits for gallery downloads. Now that's the worst-case scenario, but it could happen.

At some point the GP price will stabilize, but when and at what price is anyone's guess. it already more than doubled in the last 16 hours. The other thing is are HV users willing to spend hath on perks or instead sell their Hath on the exchange at discounted rates for more credits for the galleries? This is a weird situation.

I'll be curious how many WTS/WTB shops close in the next couple of days.

By the way, I have a lot of GP, since I have never used it, and there is almost nothing on the site recently that I want to download.

And the volume traded is already dropping (last 8 hours peaked at ~2.6bil gp - now it's only 1.9b). It'll probably normalize. Much of the current movement was funded by a few people sitting on large stockpiles handing out freebies. They were essentially not part of the economy before due to their inactivity, and the effects of a one-time dump are limited.

Business will return to normal shortly. Enjoy the cut-rate hath prices while they last.

Dude, keep playing as long as you enjoy the game. HV and the forum will be up for a long time. Could be years and years, we just don't know.

If you like the game? Yeah, definitely. Admin word is that we can expect at least 6 months, likely longer.

From what I heard, the worst case scenario plan is to set the main site to read-only, and to host it indefinitely if possible with only the existing safe material.

The game will last longer, but it's difficult to predict what it'll be like in the future. That's partly because of how few people play it already. But even though it's been years since the last game update, people still play. We can use that to predict that people will probably still play it all the way until it's gone, or at least until it has a confirmed end of life.

I love playing HV. It scratches an itch I get from nothing else. Often while I'm playing it'll get me in the zone for thinking about other things in my life, and I'll have my most productive times inspired from ideas that come from the game. I'll be here til it's gone.

Dude, keep playing as long as you enjoy the game. HV and the forum will be up for a long time. Could be years and years, we just don't know.

Hopefully it will be for years and years, for someone to take the game and rescue it, and we will try to support it as much as we can.

Maybe the future will give us a site exclusively dedicated to the game from now on, we don't know it yet, but hopefully that.

You mean god? Well, there was an old girlfriend of mine who did say some similiar everytime we bowchickawowwowed. Weird, because i am really no religous person, but when it helps people i dont mind too much. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I really want the Hentai Verse to be something that lasts for more years, I do not see so much inconvenience that it is conserved because it does not go against the rules of the hosting server. Hopefully someone will rescue the game for future generations.
