I put 40k and won nothing. I didn't really need it, I just thought it be nice to have. I can't complain thou. I won lotteries before with only 1k tickets. You win some you lose some.

well, it's just the way it is. Could be more than a year that it's still running, could be only 6 months. You should probably assume that admin isn't doing this to troll you, and that there are good reasons. Perhaps he'll explain more on a later date. Perhaps not.
