Wait what? So let me get that strait, from the video i do assume this happend durring the day, because daylight, the building is only three stories high, and this guy did enter the building doused the floor in a flammable liquid, which he ignited and then what? Just did run away but got caught by employes who did flee from the building? There must be a part of the story missing, because i cant imagen how 33 people die in such a case. I mean even in the case the only stairway was right next to the entrance and catch fire right away, people could still jump out of the window. And if they didnt build the whole building froum match sticks such a building would take a few minutes from a burining entrance to a flamming inferno. So what happend that isnt written in this news report? (IMG:[

the arsonist burn the stairs down trapping people upstairs.
it's assumed that he tried to assault any who try to escape (knives found) but due to whatever reason ended up running away. I guess instead of slashing people he decided to run by the time he see somebody coming out after noticing the fire. and that somebody catch him or something.
there has to be an inquiry later on fire safety as the building is relatively new (2015 afaik) and there has to be an explanation why so many people are unable to reach safety.
