But who's going to pay for it?
There's a fault through Vegas even though I haven't felt but 2 small earthquakes since 1997.
A basement has to be permitted to withstand a major earthquake.
And that's not easy in shifting sands.
You write the check, and I'll tear down my dump and build a basement under it.

Nah, don't know him. The only celebrity I ever see constantly is some rock star I've never been able to place.
I see him nearly everyday because he drives a Rolls Royce, which makes anyone noticeable.
He's out on interstate 15 or on Craig Road constantly.
I think he has a convention set up business, cause I've seen him in the lead of Fancy Semis with painted trailers following him.

I don't have a Skyrim style dungeon basement because I'm not rich but I live about 20 minutes or less from summerlin.

Some rich bastard over there probably has one of those.
