HV seems slower when I have netflix open on the same browser, do you perhaps use something heavy on yours?

I thought it was due to my network. During some particular hours, I got incredibly slow speed.
So I'm not the only one suffer for this.

it need a written black list to warn ppl want to do malicious bid/cancel/edit/untaken.

Even the bidder are forced to place proxy bid, it still affect auction with bid time: Someone could not participate earlier due to malicious bid, they would also not to place bid in the end due to Time-Based Price Multipliers.

Naughty list:

edu5ardo - Sending an item to auction, waiting for it to be bid on, then intentionally taking it back and salvaging / buying back to make it untradable
c4f1234 - Bidding on multiple items and then not accepting them
hentai_fusion - Bidding a large amount on an item and then not accepting it

There are actually (way) more than that. Such as people who are forbidden to use regular bids and who can only place proxy bids.

Why are there almost 8500 tickets sold for a Peerless Ruby Plate Helmet of Warding in today's lottery? At 250 credits per kGP that converts to almost 2.2m credits, no one would pay anywhere near that amount in auction.

I know lottery isn't the most economical way to obtain peerless, but usually I don't think it is as ridiculous as this.

Yes but in terms of cost effectiveness I think it's proper to consider as if it were one person. If you buy 10% of those tickets you have a 10% chance to win. If that Peerless Plate of Warding would only go for 50k credits at auction, everyone together should not put much more than 200 tickets into the pot.

Lottery pots I have seen for desirable items were more comparable to what they are worth at auction, than this crap Plate.

What Uncle says is true, it's all about the Chaos Tokens, Splashy. Even winning a few is like striking gold.

But shit, I wanted to go for that Peerless Shocking Rapier of the Nimble and clicked the do not want out of habit. Did anyone notice it's at Potency Tier: 10 (MAX)? Did the new owner max it out overnight or did it come like that?

Also, does that Peerless Demonic Wakizashi of the Nimble in today's lotto look like a tasty rare item? Think I'll go for that. I don't care for wakis but it reminds me of a unique guitar that you might find at a thrift shop.
