I figured. I'm guessing a lot of it is Vigor/Fortitude/Lightning, since they're profitable in certain hands.

When you see them in the bazaar it's impossible to resist buying. Three times they've sold so fast that, despite buying them immediately, I've got a message saying something like "this item is no longer available".

On a bazaar related note, why does it value Katalox stuff so highly? I got this yesterday and it values it at 2942c with no credit perks:

If hitokiri84's 20million credit legendary staff is valued at 3437c by the bazaar with all the credit perks then this must be worth at least 18million in an auction. I may be prepared to accept 15million at a push (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Seriously though, for something with such a high sale price it looks pretty useless.

Katalox staff is the most rare type of staffs, just like kevlar it sells for a good prize but most of the time are useless unless you are lucky.

Well, the legendary staff is worth 3437 at only level 38 - once leveled it'll probably hit 10k
And yes, katalox is rated so high due to the rarity of the material itself. I like seeing silk appear in my loot list as well, due almost soley to it's resell value...

Speaking of, the shops posted a 2 million profit on 21 million revenue over the last week. Warms my heart. But they're going to have to keep at it to dig out of the 450 million deficit they've worked up over the years. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

To act as a credit sink, obviously.

Well certainly i feel bored enough...

1. The price of buying crystals and artifacts from the bazaar has been significantly increased, so there's no need to buy them from bazaar anymore.

2. Some changes
No more Raccoon/Cheetah phase drop (certainly good)
Changes in agitation system, now the monsters get agitated when below 20% hp, and deal 50% more damage.
Those custom monsters will give us more experience because of our hard work to kill them(1% per PL)

3. No legendary ETH katana, but....well, it has been mentioned (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Maybe if I lick Tenb's ass enough, he might let me have his Grim Reaper's Scythe ... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

They're desirable, but buying them from bazaar costs 20,000 credits now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

So, I just got this:

Fine Ethereal Mace of Slaughter

At first, I wasn't all too impressed. I'm a sworn DW player, liking how things are going with my 3-turn, 24% PA rapier and high-parry etheral dagger so far. 2h = IW or GF, but I already have my trusty Scythe for that. Arena? Pfft. You'd be better off naked, right? And Maces mean high compromise and low accuracy, too.

Then I stopped and realized:
That's a Mace with maxed proc duration and turns without the nasty side-effect of high interference and burden due to being etheral. I'm also already stacked with high evade and accuracy equipment.

So I thought: let's run through a test-arena, a mediocre one, on normal. Went great, but I still wasn't satisfied. That's when I really did it: Endgame on Heroic, something I usually only do with DW and godly mana pots for emergencies; i.e. when my evasion fails to a toddlerguro crit.

Wanna see what this puppy can do? Fine:

Hits taken: 0/1 (0%), Missed: 0/1 (0%), Evaded: 1/1 (100%), Blocked: 0/1 (0%), Parried: 0/1 (0%), Resisted: 0/1 (0%), Crits taken: 0/1 (0%), Total taken: 0, Avg taken: 0

That's right. I was never once hit and the only attack against me, I evaded. For clarification: that was round 16/18 and it lasted 18 turns. That's awesome.

After that, I held a short speech about how my view of 2h has changed forever and imagined my audience consisting of waterbottles and two monitors cheering wildly over my experience.

Boy. That was quite something.
