You mean atomicpuppy. It's not @4100c. It was @4000c. I saw many transactions @4002, @4003. But the demand was tremendous. 88K soon sold out, and the price went back

After being in the 4,160 range for a long time, hath in the Bid (Buyers) column was up to 4,170 and got up as high as 4,172 I believe for the past couple of weeks. In the Ask (Sellers) column it was up in the 4,190s. I think I saw it as high as 4,198. Was hoping it was going to go higher. I stopped selling to save up and then it slowly started dropping and then plunged.

I saw your shop but it was too cheap when I could sell it at the exchange for way more, if you were offering 4,200 c per hath, I would've jumped your bones.

Sometimes it's not how desperate one wants an item, it's rather one bumps the price to some extent that makes one feel balanced. Psychology and subconsciousness regarding auction is complicated.
Also 100m is a sensitive threhold, and the proxy is very likely to be exactly 100m. I doubt one would risk bumping bid over 100m and then take shit for 100m because it's very obvious that these gloves are not worth that much. Or maybe they are so rich that they are willing to pay 2+ GS for bullshit. In my opinion, it's more likely about state of mind instead of truly wanting the item.

That's how eBay used to be in the olden days before they had Buy It Now and everything was an auction. You just drove the price up so the person doing auto bidding would have to pay out the ass before the timer was up.

If they are not out of their mind and they are REAL rich, thats how I wish to see:
proxy bidder set 99999k, bumper keep raising the price, and ~200m sounds like the maximum price for whatever equipment.

It was treesloth that proxy bidded 200m instead of 20m so it's TygerTyger that manual bidded 95m trying to outbid an error proxy
This thing got messed up, the item should be reauctioned imho

One good way that Super used was to manually ignore all manual bid that followed by the cancelled bids/proxy bids
