QUOTE(decondelite @ Aug 10 2018, 14:37) QUOTE(Scremaz @ Aug 10 2018, 13:30) btw, here's something to discuss: what do you think about anruiersi's auctions? it's the 4th event already... truth to be told, i didn't read all rules, so any feedbacks from sellers/buyers?
I think that I hate him to no end. Do I need to explain why? Buyer/seller-wise, I can easily imagine that the buyers are glad for obtaining stuff at massacred prices, and that as a seller I certainly wouldn't send him anything due to that very reason. Oh, and it's unreadable and almost as flashy as piyin's shop, or FreeSHop before I clean everything. I don't agree with you, Decon. I've followed his auctions, though I just bid in this last one, and I think his pricing is in general correct. A couple things more cheap the you would think maybe, a couple other more dear, but more or less correct anyway. That some items are probably a bit lower priced then corresponding items in your auctions is not something that should be criticized so harshly, imo. After all, pricing is not an exact science, and what I wouldn't pay more then 25k for, can well value 60k to another (and viceversa). If the sellers are sending him items to sell, it's their choice. For one thing, he could well do the same critics (turned upside-down) to you. As for the layout, I concur it's not great overall and could/should be improved somewhat. The only real critic I could blame on him is that he should do an effort to write in a more clear & understandable "plain english". I'm not a purist mind you, moreover english is not my language, it's just that even having a good enough command of the language, the meaning of some of his phrasing is really obscure and/or needs to be subject to so much interpretation before turning comprehensible that can be hard to be confident of what he meant to say when he wrote it. Now I'm waiting for delivery of the first item I bought from him, therefore more feedback could follow later on.

Assuming the scroll version of Spark of Life does not have that same problem, perhaps the spell version of Spark of Life could be fixed in future versions of this game. That extremely rare problem does not seem intentional.
When I last read them, even the later version anruiersi auction rules still don't make sense. That's why no one reads his rules. But whatever, he has good intentions and carries on. I provided some of the comments early on and I don't want to over criticize, so I stopped.
If I manage to buy something from there, I may comment again. I just don't buy or sell stuff often.

QUOTE(LogJammin @ Aug 10 2018, 15:07) This has happened to me many times. My guess is that it's 2-3 strong attacks in the span of a couple turns that trigger spirit shield and drain your spirit enough for one very strong attack to kill you. Very frustrating to be at round 800 and doing just fine, then out of nowhere you're dead. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I've also read somewhere that if your health ends in a 1 or 6 spark won't work properly, but I don't know if there's any truth to that This has happened many times. I had enough spirit but a torrent of heavy hits drained my spirit and in the same turn I got killed. Didn't even have a chance to use Last Elixir.

So when you reach level 500, you stop getting dawn event EXP but still get EXP from battles. Does that stack?

Thanks. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) But if we still get EXP from battles, does it save up for the next batch of future levels, whenever they're coming?

I don't expect more levels, but yes, the exp counter keeps counting. Proficiency is based on exp, and can get up to 600.

??? Which insult ??? Where ??? I have spoken about anruiersi auction . I haven't insulted anyone. I have mildly criticized his english. I've expressed my thought that your critics where too harsh and partly unjust. Is simply not agreeing with you an insult, now ??? Chill off, man !

Well, I'm also curious about what the Insult is. I don't find anything rude in mundomuñeca's Words.

ok, personal opinions from direct competitor(s) apart, looks like the main downside in anruiersi's auctions is formatting and the fact that rules may be explained better. i already suggested him to resort to a CHN/ENG translator if needed, guess i'll have to be more explicit...

I just realized anruiersi is using HVtoolBox 1.0.4 for the percentiles instead of Live Percentile Ranges. Was wondering why is he putting up the hardwork and make stats for every single equipement (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

Oh, the peerless savage boots are only 50m for now. I actually thought the rich guys would throw out some incredible amount of credits at the very beginning. Okay since this is the aspect of Kedama's auction, let's see whether it would hit 300m this time.

Maybe the cause of it not being overpriced(overhiked price) is due to it's too low level and uber rich are not interested in too low levels! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) This post has been edited by ALL_MIGHT: Aug 11 2018, 13:11

The level is not the reason, it's easy to soulfuse for most people. It's because the true price is not 300m, that was a fluke caused by a battle between two ultra rich guys. Furthermore one of them was possibly not bidding honestly, because some drama arose around that item.
I did careful research on the price of similar items. Peerless * Heavy of Slaughter is worth ~30m, it's pretty consistent, with many won by the same person, who lost the 300m war. I am not saying it should be worth this amount, that's just going by past history.
So the question is what is the Savage prefix worth. On most Heavies I observe that Savage is worth nothing. But on Heavies of Slaughter it can be worth anywhere from nothing to 2~3 times more. Therefore I expected these shoes will sell for 30m to 100m, most likely near 50m which is exactly where it is currently at.

Can someone provide any info about that? I'm curious. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

They needed to restart the bidding, because there was some confusion about cancelled bids, and which bid would hold after that cancellation, and who what out because of that cancelled bid. They started over, it all worked out in the end.
