I can only imagine the following: someone got a new flawless Peerless Rapier of slaughter, then salvaged this high forged one to get materials back, then purchased it back from the bazaar and then bazaar it back so another person can purchase it, so it wouldn't disappear permanently from the system?

But It's the only thing I can imagine since salvaged stuff cannot be traded anymore.

Any equipment that is untradeable and sold can be bought back only by its owner within 24 hours.
Salvaged equipment can be bought from the bazaar for up to 24 hours after it was salvaged. It will only be visible to the salvager and will be fully repaired but also account-bound.

I finished today's arena and had nothing to do beside chilling with an old anime.

Absolutely not envious to the person who bought a peerless 2 months ago from the Bazaar.
