Imho it's worth ~6k and I would salvage on sight without even looking at the stats, and I keep a lot of unsellable crap.

Utter crap worth only its value in HGW.

Maybe keep it at WTS and wait, LFOF is rare in market and quite hard to find I guess.

Even at lv500 with middle stats, some would still decide to keep and even use it: Legendary Fiery Oak Staff of Focus
This one reached 50k at auction 1 year ago and resold to a H@H player I guess, not sure the reselling price.

And I have sold my Legendary Fiery Oak Staff of Focus in my WTS, much more than 50k when combined with good IW and a few forging. Some said this staff's EDB is crap and people won't use it even though MDB is nearly perfect, also piyin tried to offer me 20k in price check post if I would trash it.

I remember hc_br also had a LFOF in his WTS past few months, if I remember correctly he was asking for 650k or 850k. The staff stat was not that perfect, but he didn't keep any sales record so I couldn't provide any source of it.

Unless there are a few or a lot of LFOF in stock currently in WTS, otherwise I would say asking piyin's (or other collector) offer is better than 6k HGW if you really want to value this type of staff.

It's hard to find because most players turn it to HGW as soon as it is dropped.

6k immediately is better than waiting for planets to align so that you can sell it for 50k because someone was interested in seeing how it performs (probably as bad as everyone think).

If you want to keep a shop/auction full of equipments that will surely sell without waiting months a LFOF is not a good choice.
