I just had a thought. Riddlemaster's Blessing is basically a 20-turn Agitated status for the player. My logic: There you are, you're in the zone, melting faces left and right, when suddenly a maze pops up and your pace is broken. You're annoyed that you got interrupted and have to get back in the groove, so you get +25% damage for a few turns AND you don't even have to be below 20% HP.

Well, looks like this thread has drifted off topic. I suppose I'd better lock it now.

If this thread would almost assuredly serve no purpose in the future, that would be the logical thing to do. Since it will continue to serve the purpose it always has, you would be better off deleting the off topic posts and suggesting to the offenders to take their off topic discussions elsewhere.

God, modding is so difficult. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

1000 Euro! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
That's really expensive. What's the hardware in that?

I have a 16mbit/4mbit cable connection, which is more than enough for HV. I wonder if the Latency Fix I applied to drop my WoW ping had a negative effect on browser-based Internetting?

A 1000 Euro comp sounds pretty beastly. I paid about $1000 for mine, but these days the US Dollar is the in the toilet. I just looked it up, and $1000 is only 700 Euros now.

So it was brought to my attention that I almost have 200k karma.

I will give 1 credit to whoever pushes me over the edge. Yes, 1 whole credit. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

On topic: Karma affects power which affects spirit which is in the HV. Yay.

Only? The Euro started off at about a $2 value. Long-term, it's depreciating much faster than the U.S. dollar.

With the inability to depreciate the value of their currency hamstringing Greece's economic recovery and more bailouts likely (possibly in the form of debt restructuring), the Euro's immediate future looks bleak to say the least.

I remember when 1 bought my first computer. Should be around 1000 euro today.
It already has pretty good hardware, but the internet is awful at that time.
56k modem, no bt, no emule, no e-hentai.
For a porn magazine i would need about 2-3 hours to download one.
Looking back to those days makes me feel content now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Really? I was under the impression that it was about 83 cents to the Euro back when they were new. Maybe I'm misremembering?

That sounds more like the Canadian dollar, which is actually now worth slightly more than a U.S. dollar.

and back on topic, the Moogle CoD feature is malfunctioning, so don't use it for the time being.

The Euro started neither at 2 USD nor 0.83. Although technically 0.83 is almost accurate, because it sank to 0.83 for almost 3 years after its first year.

DOS 3.30. No EMM386. No Internet. Disregarding inflation rate, more or less 4000 euros. Final destination.

In before we go back to the point where personal computers didn't even exist. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Oh, and to get slightly back on topic... No HV, of course. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I got this and want to sell it. Is an etheral katalox staff as good as it is rare or would this only be interesting to collectors?

Ethereal staffs are pretty useless since mages don't usually whack enemies to death, not to mention it's a focus.
That said, you might find someone who wants to buy it. I dunno, people are just weird like that. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)
