QUOTE(cmdct @ May 6 2011, 18:57) If it is, it's unfair, since you pay a lot just to get a little benefit from them.

You are right, but ppl are quick to forget or will accept it over time. Besides we are only guessing here.

How is it that I can fight a monster without knowing whether they are a dragon or a humanoid? Logically speaking, if I wasn't playing a text game, I'd be able to tell the difference. (Don't get uppity with me and mention dragons morphed into human form)

Hmm, it would be nice if the monster class was listed on the slot card or whatever you want to call it.

Too be fair, a lot of the names are retarded, cryptic (intentionally or requiring knowledge of the originating series), uninformative or outright misleading. You can't tell what many creatures are by name.

An addon that scans the monster list and adds the monster type to the slot would be nice. >_>

The perk that comes with working on the monster lab bestiary is that, I can now pretty much tell from a single glance what every single custom monster's class is, aside from the ones below level 50 that I rarely encounter. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

It's far more efficient than Spark against god and legendary spirit attacks, and it works great at higher difficulties against custom monsters and bosses, too.

Back in my day, Spirit Shield was an awful spell we only got because we literally had nothing else to spend our AP on.

This is why I love this new version. 685 2 Yuki Nagato crits you for 4988 crushing damage. 687 2 Yuki Nagato crits you for 5102 crushing damage. 693 2 Yuki Nagato hits you for 3455 crushing damage. 695 3 Yuki Nagato hits you for 3951 crushing damage. 698 2 Yuki Nagato crits you for 5954 crushing damage.
Also, I wish I'd get at least a million credit compensation, when ever I get 6 or more mazes per hour.

QUOTE(Ichy @ May 7 2011, 07:58) wow with my new computer HV is instant even with Firefox (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) ya, pc speed has the biggest effect on how fast i can clear rounds since the load times for the different pc is play on are so different. The rounds I can clear per hour can change a great deal.

What OS are you running? I ask because I have a powerful gaming machine that I built just a few months ago, and I wouldn't consider HV to be "instant", even on Chrome with no STAT or QB2.

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) That's really expensive. What's the hardware in that?

Well, looks like this thread has drifted off topic. I suppose I'd better lock it now.
