How many Crystal Packs would it take to push a monster with 15 in all Primary Attributes and 30 in all Secondary Attributes up to PL1.3k, anyways? I have one monster who has a lot of Chaos Tokens on it anyways so I would get a decent number of Double gifts.

Crystal Feeder from HV Utils script can help you whith that. You can know the exact amount of crystals you will need to take your monster to the level you want.
