Is it a bug or something?

There is nothing to do but waiting. It will be there when the next synchronization between the servers will be done, which happens at irregular intervals.

If people could stop saying things like switching personas, equipment sets and all, every time someone has issues regarding hath perks that'd be great.

I know that's how it is for OFC, but are you sure that's true for hath perks too? Hath perks are (or were) explicitly stored in cookies, which changed recently, so there shouldn't be anything wrong with at least trying it and seeing what happens.

I was thinking of HV profile, not settings profile, but that might work too.

After you buy a hath perk, leave the hath perk page and then come back to it. That activates the perk. Then go play HV. It might take a little while but it always works. This has been a known issue throughout the ages.

All of my level 500 equipments right now have a soulbinding cost of 919 fragments

How does a formula that adds a 2% every level gets botched? It doesn't even need to be rounded, it's always a round figure (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
