Just went tow to toe with FSM and blew some tokens for you guys (got defeated)
end/agi was determined by hitting them and writing down the damage both with and without imperil on FSM, and just normal damage on one of the girls who isn't weak to slashing. One thing to note, is that the damage results I got did not make sense with my stats going into the battle or buffs applied.
Then using my abacus as a masturbation device to get some numbers to pop out, below.
FSM Normal range
569, 854 avg: 711.5
FSM Imperil range
878, 1317 avg: 1097.5
Mikuru Girl Normal range
676, 1014 avg: 845
FSM damage increased from imperil: 1097.5/711.5=1.542917x
Now for the magic
FSM Assumed base stats 250
Stats from base stats 250*0.01*430=1075
Stats from level 0.3325*430^1.076675=227.6
Total Stats (all) = 1303
PMI from stats: 1-900/(900+1303+1303/2)=0.684708
Damage taken: 0.315292
PMI after imperil: 0.684708*0.75=0.513531
Damage taken (imperil): 0.486469
Damage increase: 0.486469/0.315292=1.542917x
matches yay!
Can also be verified as the correct value and calculated the other direction by doing the following
Imperil mod divided by damage increase to get damage taken while imperiled: 0.75/1.542917=0.486469
Convert damage taken while imperiled to PMI (imperiled) 1-0.486469=0.513531
Convert imperiled PMI to normal PMI: 0.513531/0.75=0.684708
Assume stats for FSM are the same across the board: 1-900/(900+x+x/2)=0.684708 and solve for x
Total stats: x=(-900/(0.684708-1)-900)/1.5=1303
Base stats: (1303-(0.3325*430^1.076675))/(0.01*430)=250
Isn't it funny how the recheck is almost easier than the original solution!?
Now as for Mikuru, also assuming same stats across the board.
Damage taken is on average 1.187632x higher than FSM: 845/711.5
FSM Damage taken: 0.315292
Mikuru damage taken = 1.18789*0.315292=0.374451
PMI: 1-0.374451=0.625549
Solving for x again:1-900/(900+x+x/2)=0.625549
Total stats: x=(-900/(0.625549-1)-900)/1.5=1002
Base stats: (1002-(0.3325*430^1.076675))/(0.01*430)=180
Pretty nice huh?
Now for the discrepancy:
Character sheet says i should be doing 3725 damage unbuffed, or 1862.5 damage after the mobs slashing mitigation and before its PMI.
average expected damage on FSM: 1862.5*0.315292=587 which is less than what I was achieving: 711.5
Slashing mitigation on scan was 50% (unless today is a slashing day and something funny was going on)
Calculating specific mitigation:
Damage done over attack_stat*(1-PMI): 711.5/(3725*0.315292)=0.60
Damage done over attack_stat*(1-PMI): 845/(3725*0.374451)=0.60
Slashing mit = 1-0.6=0.4
0.4=/=0.5...
Shrug??
Forgot my bath perks. Doesn't impact conclusion on primary stats since player attack range drops out of the equation when relative.
At least with imperil you can get two data points to verify something. Specific mitigations can be looked at later. Maybe it has something to do with the changes tenboro made to how specific mit was calculated on players???
Also if these two are right, you can probably assume the table I made at the bottom of
