I do not agree. If it were not so, I would still be using various temporary equipment.

This is the list of equipment I made soulfuse and the amount of fragments used, since the current system of 5 fragments per RE (and 12 drops per day) was implemented (16/04/2016).

Yep. If you don't soulfuse above your level at least every once in a while, odds are you'll probably be consigning yourself to crap (or "suboptimal") gears. Sometimes lower level players get lucky and find great stuff below their level, but most gears generated (and thus most good gears generated) are likely in the range of 400-500.

I forgot that peerless equipments use double the soul fragments of legendary, thankfully Basara Nekki made me remember.

Looks like we are both defeated now. Mantra seems to be trying to make a set of Peerless Mithril Power and Peerless Savage Power. He ignores your Peerless Cobalt Power Gloves so good luck winning that and adding it to your Peerless Cobalt Power Armor.
