Perhaps you missed the other three mag/leg troll drops I got... all of them are exactly one changed trait from being worth something. In this case if it was SHIELDING PLATE it could be auction-worthy.

Shielding plate is not worth as much as you may imagine, even if it's rarer than power armor.

And not getting those things is not "trolling." Not getting uncommon drops or rare drops is not trolling. They're uncommon and/or rare for a reason. People are willing to spend money on them for a reason.

*facepalm* Given the pattern, and how long it's been since I last got a good drop (many, many months), I have significantly legitimate cause to totally and wholeheartedly disagree.

I have to use Haste and even Shadow Veil in the last rounds, i'm ashamed. Are my Shield and Armor made of paper mache?
What kind of Block and Mitigations should i have?

Nothing out of the ordinary.
After the HP change in monsters, something changed in their strength too.
I noticed too that they tend to hit so much harder than before.

I, myself, have no such problems as to having to use SV and Haste on the last rounds, but I have almost 68% block (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
