So to finish this discussion once and for all: he's banned from tagging. And he's not active on the forum (probably because he's upset about being banned from tagging, but it could just be RL caught up with him).

I think I'd only start to really think about maximizing prof gain like that if there was a chance it could tip me over the edge from needing a higher-value prof equip slot to being able to use a lower-value prof equip slot, such as 90% prof cap => 90% prof gloves, allowing for slightly more EDB due to cap slot. But since prof gain slows down logarithmically or something near the cap, I'm doubtful that any plain multiplier (like x1.2 or x1.5) would even really be noticeable.

So we may well just take our small decreasing incremental gains, whatever they turn out to be, and try not to worry about it.

I disaggree, there can be everything wrong with discussion, all the more if this discussion would be about a double blue cross topic. The last time i really discuss such a topic in a forum that did piss me off like that, it ended really bad for me. And because in the end people are allways assholes, no matter what or who, there is not a single reason to believe for me that what happend back then, could/would not happen again. Because it would.

So, it doesnt make sence try to discuss a double blue cross topic with uncle, because he will not react to it, except for a single post, when he is taken by surprise, that a topic that piss him that much, even cost him a nephew. Somebody told me that crude IW is a very good way to level up fast, if you are a low level player. What do you guys think? Would that work? Crude means that the monsters don't hit hard, so perhaps you can manage higher difficulty compared to arena's?

I think i got only one in total from when i started, and it was bazaar bought, just for the novelty.

That was one thing I was wondering. But there have been a couple of players that level up quite fast, and one of them gave me the tip of Crude IW. Maybe this is especially useful if you have other sources of income?

Basically, the advice (i.e. for the wiki) would be to optimize for income and exp, not on exp alone, right? And then Arena's is a better choice.

well, if you think about it, the only reason people do IW is for PXP. if you don't consider that, arenas have better multipliers for, uh... all. so yep, arenas first.

Personally for fast level ups i did all the arenas i could at the max difficulty i could handle while desperately searching for nice gear.
