You can use a userscript/browser extension to replace the green cupcake url with the red cupcake url (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Not an issue, it's a feature. You can disable it if you want.

remove this line from HVToolbox should fix it if you want it in popup.
