Yeah, but just by feeling i have a loss of 80%~85%. Today i got allready more often a connection lost message from HV than normaly in a month. And i see those messages quite often. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

If you did a traceroute/mtr, that might actually point towards the problem. A ping only shows there is an issue, not where it is.
