I had this 2 times, now... Theoretically it can be that I clicked both the same monster class and wasn't paying attention, but that seems unlikely 2 times. What I did was I filled the 2nd Slot first, then the first slot. Maybe that's where the bug is coming from? Can someone confirm this behavior?

Afaik you can't fill the second slot before the first as monster creation doesn't include the slot number, trying to should just fill the first slot.
You must have "double posted" when creating the monster.

I've only seen a moderate handful of episodes, but I don't see anything wrong with a female Doctor, it just hasn't been done before. Someone said:
"'Why do you always write these strong women characters?' Because you're still asking me that question."

In the case of actors, I think identity should be a non-issue as long as they can play their role well, no matter if male/female/white/gay etc. I'm quite against the recent trend of political correctness for its own sake, but unless someone is obviously unqualified or the wrong fit, I'm generally willing to give the institution in question the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes they're showing minorities/etc purely for PR reasons, but until it's clear that they've sacrificed competency in exchange for looks/cultural appeasement, I think they might as well give it a shot and we can see how things work out.

Most of the time, I don't think about this stuff as it doesn't affect the things I like and care, but every time it's mentioned, it makes me nervous because of how destructive this kind of thinking is.

The social justice strand of thought in western culture does (may) have chilling effects and creeping negative consequences, but actors that might not seem to look quite right are only a tenuous symptom IMO.

personally i'm more afraid how their personal behaviours in RL (even if it should be clear enough that their private is only theirs, but someone insists to pick them as examples, so...) or ideas than their identities/genre/sexual inclination. but yep, if one actor plays well his/her/its role, that's all we should know.

Just to make that clear. I am not against a female Doctor itself, but i just think this is really a bad moment for such a decision. Personaly i just did overcome what they had made with my personal favorite enemy the Master. That they just made missy was just. TBH i dont even really have the words what i really think about that character. And now they need to make the doctor a women? I mean again we change just the gender of a allready implemented character in a show where it would be just so easy to write a new strong female character? Yeah great, just let people think you change something just because it is PC, and give them a reason to dislike this change right from the beginning.

I mean serious. We allready had quite much strong female characters in the show. And i cant remember that i had any problem with that. Okay i didnt like Rose Tyler but that was much more because of the scripts Season one than anything else. And we really just have to compare the companions of the new show with the one in the old show to notice a great change. Just remember River Song. A strong female character at eye level with the doctor himself. And i loved every single episode she did appear. And i a way we allready did had a female "doctor" The doctor donna anyone? And dont let us forget Jenny who was a female clone of him. Also we allready had female time lords, well at least in the old show. The Rani anyone?

So if they really just wanted a strong female character that is also a time lord, they could made it in another way and not how they will do it and in a time when such a decision just stinks after, he has now generate into a women because feminism.
