I was making a cryptic reference to something I worked out. I might drop a few more hints from time to time.

That's either maintenance or an update. Or both. We'll find out if Snowflake is playing with the Moogles.

What is interesting is, when he fix some bugs or some features after a release comes out, he doesn't need to make Snowflake playing with the Moogles, I mean he does the changes "alive".
Languages based on Objects have some interesting mysteries.

When he takes the servers down for updates, its usually because he needs to have people stop playing so he can transition everything to the new version. Live bug fixes only require small tweaks to code that don't require locking the databases out. Doing updates when the servers are down for maintenance is also convenient, so it wouldn't be surprising to see something like this happen.

The only times battles have been reset in the past were when the ability tree was altered, iirc.

Oh man you have no idea. I remember how painful it was to sell just a dozen or so pieces at once, back in the day. I can't imagine how long it would have taken to sell 660+.

My guess is fixed Powerlevel and this 'upgraded monsters get more attention' thing.
