I'll explain it again in another way then.

The max morale and hunger doubled.
Though, the rest is the same.
The base decrease is the same, so twice the bar, twice the time to empty those bars.
They're now half empty because they passed from X/12000 to X/24000. Tenboro does not gift anything (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
Happy pills restore still 6000 and 12000 with the perk. This explains the name change in it.
Yellow and red are now 5999/24000 and 2399/24000 instead of 5999/12000 and 2999/12000
Morale and hunger drain reduction is improved with pl scaling. Lower pl are the same, higher pl are healtier


The only place to read your hp now is the character page on the details.

yeah i just read the .85 update ... Here they increased morale cap, just saw it.

low level army still probably good for loot for killing newbies, just that the higher pl mobs have lower morale depreciation rate.

" The drain rate bonus for powerlevel was rescaled to start from PL 250 and increase linearly up to the cap at PL 2250. It now caps at x6 (i.e., the morale bar takes six times longer to drain) up from the old x4. Chaos upgrades no longer affect monster morale drain rate."

After trying out the new bars, all I can say is they seem quite bad. Why would less information given in a messy way be better than more information given in a nice and clear way? Hp bar draining from both ends makes it messy, OC pips are awful to keep track of, and for some reason the numeric health value is hidden. Although I do admit that some might find the new bars to look better, the functionality seems way worse.

Credits are also hidden, dunno why. A script or two will probably fix these things and allow old style UI sooner than later, too bad my coding capability is pretty much limited to Hello world so I'll have to wait for the others to do the work for me.

Seriously though, I just noticed something nice bar related. The experience bar at the bottom looks nice. Unfortunately there is no numeric value shown of exp needed for next level (or maybe I missed it) so that bar seems less useful than the clear numeric value was.

27880 HP on 1H set, 28944 on DW. seems a nice boost, even if i don't remember how much i had before. something in the 26k range for 1H and something close to 28k for DW, iirc.

it makes me want to try and go for 30k on DW (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

You can hover over your character level in the top right corner to see your current XP value and the XP needed for next level.
