Spoken language is another matter. Without knowing accents every language is gibberish to foreigners.

"oigan" it's like "(hey) listen (you guys)" a sentence to get people's attention I remember seeing a conversation between a spanish woman and a italian old lady and they could get each other, they had lived together for a while, I think after learning a bit of the other's language would be enough to get around, just a bit of grammar and conjunctions
They'll just simply rename them. Even harder to tell whose is which.
as much as i think that certain mob trainers should really think about how much they feasted on poor players and at least show a bit of mercy, i agree. the only good point about a sequential scheme was that you could tell at a first glimpse who was the trainer, thus which kind of mob it was. well, not that a proper melee cares too much about arthropods or giants, but still...
