The amount of tickets on almost everything is absolutely ridiculous.
Even I just cannot afford putting more than a few thousands every once in a while.

Now I understand why some are so frustrated that they call their monsters "I fear lottery cheaters", or something like that.

I believe that name was from a time when there were actually Lottery "cheaters", as there was something fishy going on when the rewards were still "XX% of final pot". Or so I have heard. Maybe it was some profit sharing or similar arrangement.

These days all the prizes are untradeable for a reason, there is not much to gain from using multiple accounts (which is prohibited anyway), making arrangements and such. Also there was the ticket count limit added more recently, which levels the ground pretty well (in my opinion) and still keeps the Lottery as an attractive GP sink for most players.

For my part I find the system fine, but I am a bit concerned by the fact that some players spend tickets solely for the tokens or soul fragments, while they don't need the peerless.

70% of the equipment in the lottery are pieces i want. sadly the amount of equipment i win is 0%

I got to admit that the only Peerless I want are the Power of Slaughter stuff, an arctic/demonic longsword and if possible a PSRD/PSRE. All the rest... MEH.

I wouldnt say no to other Power Peerless stuff. But still, most of the time i just hope for the 5th place. What is a bit sad if i think about it.

I'd conform with any usable peerless, even if it's something like an estoc

A few days ago I got a fairy nice LDWD, so has bought stuff for a dark mage.

I simulated a dark mage set and compared it to the elec ones which I'm using now.

But I'm not sure it is worth pouring 230m credits into.

Out of the 4 known blockers that were pending on the 1st, 2 have been resolved, 1 is WIP and 1 is still pending.

Though it's possible I'll do a limited test release at first. There is not that much new stuff, but there are a lot of internal changes and rejigging of existing stuff.

If you doubt, then there is only 1 way. Do it and decide later was it worth or waste.

Surely it is not worthwhile. At best, it would save a few seconds per GF run.

The fact that I don't want competition for dark gear has nothing to do with it.
