I think most of us are just wondering what's being buffed and what's getting nerf'd.

There isn't really any rebalancing for the sake of rebalancing. There are some things that will encourage keeping more diverse sets of gear, and melee in general will be a bit more flexible, but the focus for the update is system improvements rather than combat balance.

In-depth discussions like these are certainly useful. The next HV update will be of a more technical nature rather than balancing or additions, but there's some good points here that will likely be implemented at some point.

Out of the 4 known blockers that were pending on the 1st, 2 have been resolved, 1 is WIP and 1 is still pending.
